OUR RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy. If you ordered by mistake or no longer need an item, we will take it back.
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us and we do not refund shipping costs.
Items must be UNUSED and inside the original undamaged / unopened product packaging.
Items returned damaged, opened, or used will not be accepted.
Custom Plates:
Due to the nature of this work, the labor and design work that is completed, there are NO REFUNDS on custom optic plates.
We do stand behind our work 100% and strive to produce quality items. However, we are human and mistakes sometimes happen….in this case, we will fix our mistake to your satisfaction.
Custom orders (slide cuts, frame work, refinishing, etc.) require payment in full at the time of placing the order and are NON REFUNDABLE.
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 30-day exchange policy. If you ordered the wrong part we will take it back and issue you a store credit to use towards the correct one. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. You will be charged shipping for the exchanged product plus any difference in cost between the items not covered by your store credit.

We do not refund shipping costs.

Contact us right away if your shipment arrived damaged or missing components.
In the unlikely event that your package is lost / stolen / delayed by UPS, Fedex, or USPS, contact the shipping company first and attempt to determine where the package is or when it will arrive. Then contact us and we will begin the process of searching for the item and starting a claim. We are not the shipping company. We do not run or manage our shipping companies. We will help in every way we can, but we can’t control weather delays, human errors or solve missing package mysteries. Sadly, these things happen and we deal with them one at a time.
